Hey folks, I mentioned (I think) taking additional measurements as time went on, well lo and behold I pulled out a health assessment I did in coordination with my insurance and BMI Body Mass Index was a figure they pointed out as key to watch in assessing one's health. For scale, a BMI under 18.5 is considered underweight. 18.5-24.9 is considered healthy and 25-29.9 is considered overweight. Anything over 29.9 is labelled as obese. Well when I had mine calculated many MANY moons ago I came in at a 29.4 which is clearly overweight. Now, I'm coming in at 30.1 which just doesn't cut it. I'm shooting for that healthy range ASAP!
Here's an easy to use BMI calculator in case you'd like to track where you are. BTW, not me in the picture.
